Lamaze Class Series - Understanding Birth

Our Understanding Birth Class Series is facilitated by a Lamaze Certified Instructor and offers essential information on labor and delivery, comfort techniques, medial procedures, cesarean birth, and newborn and postpartum care. It also highlights different ways partners can help thoughout the process. A tour of the Birthing Center is also included with the class. One registration fee covers the complete series of four (4) classes. The series meets on the following dates in 2025:

February 5th,12th,19th & 26th.

April 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd.

All classes meet in The POD located on the Entry Level of the Pavilion, Center for Women and Children.
