Catawba Valley Medical Center Recognizes June 2010 CARE Employee
HICKORY, NC – Catawba Valley Medical Center recently recognized Diana
Wood, Telecommunicator in the Communications Department, as the June 2010
CARE employee.
Following are remarks offered in nominating Diana: “Diana’s
overall attitude and concern for others is truly seen in how she handles
day to day calls. She is one of the voices that many people hear but never
see. When a crisis arises she takes control of the situation and herself.
Every call that she receives is important to her. It has been this type
of attitude that has assured each caller a prompt and courteous initial
perception of Catawba Valley Medical Center.”
