Catawba Valley Medical Center Recognizes June CARE Employee
HICKORY, NC – Catawba Valley Medical Center recognized Ed Metz, RN,
in the Orthopedic/Neurology Department, as the June CARE employee. A patient
submitted this nomination.
Following are remarks offered in nominating Ed: “He has always been
pleasant with us. Whether he was having a good day or a stressful day,
he always came in to see us with a smile. He quickly did whatever we asked
him to do. My wife has been a CNA for 14 years and said this nurse was
wonderful!”
