LENOIR, NC – Catawba Valley Health System (CVHS) has announced the
addition of Horizon Surgical Specialists in Lenoir to its medical group.
The name of the practice has been changed to Catawba Valley Vascular Surgery
– Horizon effective September 13, 2024.
All services, staff and medical staff will continue with the practice,
and the location remains the same at 125 Hospital Ave NW Suite 200-C in
Lenoir, NC. The providers at the practice are Peter N. Purcell, MD, vascular
surgeon, Sara “Ashley” Albrecht, FNP, and Teri Lee, FNP. Phone
and fax numbers have changed, however. The new phone number is (828) 732-7500,
and the new fax number is (828) 732-7501.

practice, joining Catawba Valley Cardiology, Catawba Valley Vascular Surgery,
