In addition to our insurance plans, we also provide our employees with resources for a retirement plan, prescription discount, employee assistance, and a comprehensive wellness program including a fully equipped, 24-hour access gym.

We are also extremely supporting of employees who wish to further their education and medical training. Many staff members will be eligible for tuition reimbursement, free on-site education courses, and off-campus degree programs.

Opportunities For Learning & Advancement

• Annual tuition reimbursement of $1,000 for all full-time employees;
• $2,000 for Registered Nurses working toward BSN degrees, $3,000 for Registered Nurses working toward Master’s degrees.
• On-site opportunities for Continuing Education with CEU’s at no cost
