About
Prior to completing his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Ft.
Lewis, WA, Dr. Burton received his medical degree from Medical College
of Virginia in 1990. In addition to being board certified in family medicine,
Dr. Burton is also certified with the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Before moving to Hickory to join the staff at the Medical Arts Clinic
in 1997, Dr. Burton practiced medicine at Winn Army Community Hospital
in Ft. Steward, GA where he served patients both as a family medicine
doctor and a battalion surgeon for the 3/15 Infantry.
