About
Annette Gwaltney is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Annette
completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Lenior Rhyne University.
Annette was a member of the inaugural doctorate program at Lenior Rhyne
University, graduating in May 2021 with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree
with a family practice focus. She enjoys traveling, watching sports, and
spending time with family and friends. Annette lives in the Hickory area
and she is grateful for the opportunity to be a provider at the CVFM-Viewmont
office where dedication to the health and well-being of the community
is a priority.
