About
A native of Blackey, Kentucky, Dr. Parker completed his residency and internship
at McLeod Regional Medical Center in family practice. He received his
medical degree from the University of Kentucky.
He is board certified in family medicine and is a member of the American
Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Medicine, North
Carolina Medical Board and North Carolina Medical Society.
Dr. Parker enjoys the entire scope of family medicine but has particular
interest in medical weight loss and spiritual wellbeing.
When he is away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor
activities, farming, riding in his Jeep, and church where he plays guitar
and sings.
