Employee Health Connection

Employee Health Connection (EHC) is a medical home for ALL Catawba County employees – permanent, hourly & part-time. Appointments are required for preventive visits; other services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

EHC is a joint partnership between Catawba County Government and Catawba Valley Medical Group in order to provide Catawba County employees and their family members affordable, convenient access to medical care.

In addition to treating employees, EHC will also see:

• Spouses who are covered under the County’s health insurance plan.
• Adult children, ages 18 – 26, who are covered under the County’s health insurance plan.
• Dependents of employees, ages 5 – 17, even if not covered under the County’s health insurance plan.

You may be asked to provide your insurance card and social security number during the registration process.

Cash, check, debit/credit card or HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Catawba County reserves the right to make changes to this program as necessary.
