Educational Affiliation Agreements
To be eligible for an educational experience at CVHS, a student’s
school MUST have a current Educational Affiliation Agreement (EAA) with
CVHS and your program of study must be included in the EAA.
If your college/university and/or program of study does not have an established
Educational Affiliation Agreement (EAA) with CVHS, ask an official representative
from your school to send a written request via email to Katie Fulbright (kmfulbright@cvmc.us), Student Program Coordinator in Organizational Learning. This EAA request
process may take up to eight weeks. The written request must include:
- Complete name of school/school system, college, or university
- Contact information of school’s official representative
An EAA must be finalized BEFORE a student can begin an educational experience at CVHS.
