Catawba Valley Medical Center’s Respiratory Care department staff
members recently named Jamie Lowman, Registered Respiratory Therapist,
as the medical center’s 2009 Respiratory Care Therapist of the year,
according to Jimmy Phillips, director of Cardiopulmonary and Neonatal
Transport Services.
Lowman received high praise from his co-workers. “Jamie is always
there to lend a hand regardless of his workload. He takes the time to
explain unanswered questions and displays profound knowledge and experience
within the field. A leader in Respiratory Care, Jamie continues to grow
while encouraging others to do the same.” “Jamie is very conscientious
about his work and really cares for our littlest patients in the Level
3 Nursery.”
“Jamie is an extremely dedicated and valuable member of Catawba Valley
Medical Center’s respiratory therapy department,” said Phillips.
“He is very deserving of this recognition.”
