Catawba Valley Health System is proud to announce that Dr. Justin Sullivan
has been named Assistant Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Sullivan currently
serves as a leader within CVMC’s Hospitalist Group.
“Dr. Sullivan will continue in his role leading the hospitalists,
but will also work closely with me performing administrative tasks and
developing strategy for the hospital, especially with inpatient services,”
said Dr. Drew Chesson, CVMC’s Chief Medical Officer. “Thank
you for your leadership Dr. Sullivan.”
Prior to completing residency programs at Mayo Medical Hospital and CMC
Blue Ridge, Dr. Sullivan received his medical training at Edward Via Virginia
College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internship at St. Petersburg
General Hospital.
We are excited to see Dr. Sullivan take on this new role and continue to
serve our health system.
